Senior Facility Engineer/Facility Technician

Your Role:

As a Senior Facility Engineer/Facility Technician in facility engineering, you will play an important role in our team. You will support our facilities within the Mining business area with your expertise regarding the operation and function of critical process equipment. You will lead root cause analyses and investigations during unplanned outages as well as manufacturing controls. Another important aspect of your role will be to share experience and knowledge between sites to optimize the functionality of our facilities.

Work in mineral technology is conducted as assignments or in project form, and your role can be both project leader and participant in the project group.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support our facilities within the Mining business area with knowledge regarding the operation and function of process equipment
• Lead root cause analyses and investigations during unplanned outages
• Perform manufacturing controls
• Share experience and knowledge between sites to optimize the functionality of our facilities
• Participate in projects regarding renovations and expansions
• Primarily work with concentration plants, but other clients may also be involved, both internally and externally
• Travel is included in the position

Your Contribution (Competence):

We are looking for someone who has:

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (preferred, but not required)
• Previous experience working in an operational environment with similar tasks
• Ability to work independently but also a knack for collaborating effectively with others
• Skill in identifying and solving complex problems
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B
